Services and Amenities
China Eastern Airlines offers super-premium suites on all A350-900 and B787-9 aircraft. The seats come with a sliding door and a minibar and exclusive display for inflight entertainment. Exuding charm and luxury, the inflight catering is marvellously tantalizing. Additionally, the middle seats can be turned into a living room with seating for four for utmost comfort and luxurious experience in the sky. Passengers flying in super-premium suites have exclusive access to premium lounges, priority check-in and boarding facilities.
CEA offers first class on all Boeing 777s. First-class seat comes with a flat-bed seat, direct aisle access and a sliding door. The plane also comes with a bar for passengers. Middle seats on the Boeing 777 can be turned into a double bed. First class passengers are also entitled to priority check-in and priority boarding.
Business class comes in many different versions. On China Eastern’s narrow-body fleet, business class seat recliners are arranged in an 2-2 configuration. On select A330, business class seats are either Zodiac Cirrus (1-2-1 configuration) or Thompson Vantage XL (angled flat beds arranged in a 2-2-2 configuration). On its A350 and B787, business class seats are modified Thompson Vantage XL with doors.
Premium economy is found on all Boeing B787 and Airbus A350 airplanes. It offers wider seats, more legroom, a foot and headrest for utmost comfort on budget. It also features seatback entertainment.

Frequent Flyer Programme
China Eastern Airlines' frequent-flyer program is called Eastern Miles. Frequent flyers of Eastern Miles are privileged with 672 lounges worldwide within all 20 SkyTeam member airlines. It aims at creating more values to members. Shanghai Airlines and China United Airlines, China Eastern subsidiaries, are also parts of the program. Eastern Miles members can earn miles on flights as well as through consumption with China Eastern's credit card. When enough miles are collected, members can be upgraded to Elite membership in three tiers: Platinum, Gold and Silver.
